The brief

What needed to change.

Muslim Pages serves a live community marketplace where users arrive through search, categories, location, featured businesses, and deals. Businesses vary by category, suburb, offer type, media, and owner maturity.

The product needed to keep discovery simple for community members while giving business owners a practical path to manage listings, plans, analytics, leads, deals, and voucher activity.
The challenge

What made it complex.

The challenge was keeping a broad marketplace easy to use across public web, owner tools, deals, subscriptions, and mobile discovery.

01

Discovery needed to feel immediate

Users needed search, category browsing, location prompts, featured listings, and deals without needing to understand the marketplace structure.

02

Listings had to support many business types

Food, services, trades, health, education, clothing, events, travel, legal, finance, and other categories needed one consistent listing model.

03

Deals needed to bridge web and app behaviour

Offers, vouchers, claim intent, QR redemption, validity, remaining quantity, and business context needed to work across marketplace surfaces.

04

Owners needed self-service control

Business users needed listing, plan, subscription, analytics, leads, and deal tools without exposing private account data or overloading the interface.

What we built

The operating system delivered.

Webits shaped the product around public directory discovery, category browsing, business profiles, deal flows, owner account tools, subscriptions, analytics, and React Native app screens for mobile marketplace access.

Public marketplace

Directory search and category browsing

The public website gives users several entry points into the marketplace through search, suburbs, categories, featured listings, and deal surfaces.

Business profiles and deals

Listing detail and deal pages carry business context, offer details, direct actions, media, location, and contact pathways.

Owner operations

Listing, subscription, and analytics tools

Business owners can work through account areas for listing presence, plan state, subscriptions, analytics, leads, and visibility.

Deals and voucher management

Owner-side deal screens support promotion visibility, claimed vouchers, redemption context, and offer performance signals.

Mobile product

React Native discovery app

The mobile app brings marketplace browsing, deals, listing detail, location-aware discovery, favourites, and account entry into a native experience.

Account and business entry points

Mobile flows support login, business-add pathways, plan selection, voucher detail, and app-based access to marketplace participation.

What changed

The result of the rebuild.

Muslim Pages became a fuller digital product around community discovery, giving users more ways to find businesses and owners more tools to manage visibility.

Community discovery became more useful

Search, categories, location prompts, featured businesses, and deals give users several practical ways to find relevant businesses.

Listings gained stronger product structure

Business profiles, categories, suburbs, media, contact actions, and deal context make the directory feel like a living marketplace.

Deals became a real marketplace surface

Offers, vouchers, claims, redemption context, and business detail are treated as part of the product, not separate promotions.

Owners gained clearer visibility tools

Listings, plans, subscriptions, analytics, leads, and deal management give business users a more practical account area.

Mobile made discovery more immediate

The React Native app gives community members and owners a faster path into browsing, deals, listing detail, and account actions.

The product can keep expanding

The shared marketplace model supports more listings, categories, locations, offers, subscriptions, and mobile usage without changing the core structure.
