The brief

What needed to change.

Training, instruction sign-off, competency evidence, and compliance reporting were all part of the same operational responsibility. Cater Care needed one system that could support employees, agency managers, and internal admins without flattening their different roles.

The platform had to make readiness visible, keep progress tied to real user records, and give operators a cleaner way to review compliance across agencies, centres, and sites.

The challenge was making workforce readiness visible and manageable across several roles without turning the product into another static training portal.

Readiness depended on several evidence types

Module progress, SCORM state, SWI sign-off, quiz outcomes, expiry dates, and VOC records all needed to contribute to the broader compliance picture.
